Our story

How Evolve Blue was built

Evolve Blue was founded in 2016 with a straightforward goal: build a technology services company that could actually execute — not just advise. The early years were focused on building offshore delivery capacity and proving software delivery capability with SMB clients across healthcare, financial services, and operations.

As the delivery track record grew, so did the staffing capability. Enterprise clients began engaging Evolve Blue for both: the technology projects and the technical talent to staff their internal teams. Two distinct lines of business emerged naturally from what clients were actually buying.

Today, Evolve Blue operates as two focused businesses — Evolve Technology and Evolve Talent — organized for enterprise and government procurement, MBE certified, and built for the scale of clients who need both a delivery partner and a staffing partner they can trust.

Founded
Evolve Blue LLC established. Initial focus on offshore-enabled software delivery for U.S. clients.
2018
Staffing practice launched
Technical staffing added as a second service line. First enterprise staffing clients engaged.
2021
Enterprise focus
Deliberate pivot from SMB to enterprise and government. MSP/VMS registration initiated.

MBE certification
