Initial call — 20 minutes
A 20-minute call with a hiring manager or team lead. We're assessing fit, not testing you. You should be assessing us too.

Skills or case interview
Role-relevant: a sourcing exercise for recruiters, a scenario walkthrough for account managers, or a technical review for delivery engineers. 45–60 minutes.

Offer
Offer within 5 business days of final interview. We don't leave candidates waiting. If we're not moving forward, we say so directly and quickly.
